A Satisfactory Day
Well, today started off very productively for me. I got up bright and early (around 9:30am) and spent the morning swotting in the Bean Scene. I can now tell you that the Iron Curtain wasn't really made of iron! From about 2pm onwards things went downhill revision-wise though. Back at the cottage I got a visit from some random double-barrelled LibDem bloke wanting my support for some up-and-coming ballot I was supposed to know about...I blagged it. He was a nice enough guy, but the whole flat erupted into laughter the second he left in reaction to his 'secondhand car salesman-like' banter! Afterwards Cat and myself took a sly trip to Jannettas. I got back on my tv-watching perch just in time for the start of the Scottish Cup. What a match! Of course I wish that Hearts could have won during regulation time because then I could maybe have fitted in an extra 30+ minutes of revision..!

The evening has since been capped off by a bonus-point win for the Gunners over the Dragons - superb! For the rest of the evening I am now going to try and resist the temptation of the telly and get on with some more swotting. I'm getting the impression my first week of blogging could get quite repetitive - the constant struggle between procrastination and revision, who will prevail?!
